Pledging to become healthier in the brand new year is nothing unusual but sticking to it's the hard part. 8 KEEP YOUR JOINTS SUPPLE
“Too much-processed food, red meat, sugar, and alcohol can cause acidity in your body, which is corrosive about joint health,” affirms osteopath Avni Trivedi. “Eat more fish, green vegetables and whole foods, and drink lots of hot water and lemon for healthier joints. A tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in hot water is a great way to lower the uric acid levels which cause joint pain.”
9 MAKE TIME FOR LOVING
Make romance a higher priority in your life. “However busy or stressful your life gets, try to make sure that you have some ‘couple time’ with your partner where you can unwind together and talk about your day,” advises Dr. Marilyn. “Strategy regular meals out, cinema outings or weekend breaks so that the two of you get some special time together away from the hustle and bustle of your daily life.”
10 GET THROUGH THE MENOPAUSE WITH CALCIUM
